Ionizer Series Replacement Filter #2

The authentic Life Ionizer replacement filter, this product is designed to last for 1000 gallons or 12 months, whichever occurs first. Once a filter's media is exposed to water, natural degradation occurs, necessitating periodic replacement. This is the secondary internal filter, containing media that reduces remaining sediment.

The Life Ionizer filter #2 incorporates our proprietary Vitamin C Ceramic Block Technology, which helps to reduce chloramines and chlorine. It also features a layer of Advanced Activated Carbon to further reduce chlorine. Kinetic Degradation Fluxion (KDF), a blend of high-purity zinc and copper, significantly reduces heavy metals and volatile organic chemicals.

To maintain your machine's proper functioning, the Electrolysis Chamber and Platinum/Titanium Plates inside must be cleaned of mineral build-up from the electrolysis process. Failing to do so will result in lower antioxidant levels and reduced health benefits. Clean the plates 2-3 times per year, depending on your water's mineral content and machine usage.

Filter #1 should be changed every 800 gallons or 8 months, whichever comes first. Filter #2 and all external filters are good for up to 1000 gallons or 12 months, whichever occurs first.
